1. The present application has been filed by the petitioner no.2/ applicant seeking permission to travel to Maldives from 19.12.2025 to 22.12.2025.

2. The present application refers to previous orders dated 19.09.2023, 21.01.2025 and 03.09.2025 passed in the present proceedings whereby the petitioner no.2 has been allowed to travel abroad. Learned counsel for the applicant/ petitioner no.2 submits that on each occasion, the said applicant has completed travel in compliance with the conditions mentioned in the orders passed by this Court. There is no controversy as regards thereto.
