1. The present writ petition was disposed of by this Court on 19.12.2024 and petitioner was directed to deposit the requisite interest component for the delayed period within four weeks and, thereafter, respondent i.e. DDA was directed to hand over peaceful and vacant possession of the plot in question within eight weeks.
