% 12.12.2025 CRL.M.(BAIL) 2430/2025 (suspension of sentence)

1. The present application under Section 430 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter “BNSS”) has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking suspension of sentence in connection with order on sentence passed by learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi on 15.11.2025 under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter “IPC”) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 in FIR No. 285/2019.

2. Vide the order on sentence, the appellant/applicant has been sentenced ₹35,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC and ₹35,000/- for the offences punishable under Section 25/27 of the Arms Act.

Both the sentences are to run concurrently.
