1. The present application has been filed on behalf of the appellant under Section 389 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and 430 and 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking extension of interim suspension of sentence granted vide order 14.11.2025 which is expiring on 15.12.2025 for a further period of 4 weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought the present extension since the surgery of the Petitioner’s mother has been done on 08.12.2025 and the doctor has advised constant care and attention to patient and also a catheter due to the mother suffering from a gynecological problem.
