1. The petitioner is arrayed as defendant No. 5 in CS SCJ/851/2022, pending before the JSCC/ASCJ/GJ, Patiala House Court, Delhi [“Trial Court”]. By way of the present revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [“CPC”], it assails an order dated 01.04.2024 passed by the Trial Court in CS SCJ/851/2022, dismissing its application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, for rejection of the plaint.
