1. Writ Petition under Article 226 Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed for issuance of direction for further

investigation against the Accused persons, through Central Bureau of Investigation, in FIR No. 0354/2023, registered at P.S. Khyala.

2. The Petitioner is the brother of the deceased and seeks fair investigation in the FIR.
