Appeal under Section 378(1)(b) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed on behalf of the Appellant/State challenging Judgment dated 29.04.2017 whereby Respondent has been acquitted for offences under Sections 279/338/304A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as “IPC”) read with Sections 32/192 & 146/196 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as “M.V.
