The present appeal has been filed by the Appellants - Narender Singh i.e., Appellant No.1 and Balender Singh i.e., Appellant No.2 under Section 415 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (hereinafter, ‘ BNSS ’) challenging final judgement and order of conviction dated 2nd September, 2025 (hereinafter, ‘impugned judgment’) and order on sentence dated 16th September, 2025 passed by the ld.
