1. The present application has been filed by the Appellant under section 430 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking interim bail for sevenhourson18thJanuary,2026,from9:00a.m.to4:00p.m.,duetodemise of his mother, who is stated to have passed away on 12th January, 2026.

2. It is the case of the Appellant that he could not attend the cremation of his mother. Though he was taken by the jail authorities, by the time the Appellant reached, the cremation had already taken place.

3. Mr. Vikram Panwar, ld. Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has been granted custody parole even in the past. In this regard, reliance is placed upon the order dated 2nd May, 2022 wherein
