4. The Petitioners, being members of the Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme of IOCL, have filed this writ petition, challenging certain circulars

issued by the Fund, claiming that these have resulted in a reduction of the benefits to which they were entitled.

5. Issue notice. Mr. Rohan Jaitley, Central Government Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No
