1. This application under Section 430 of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the appellant/accused in Sessions Case No. 187 of 2019 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court)-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, seeking suspension of sentence during pendency of the appeal. The appellant has been found guilty of the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code,

Vide

1860. order dated 20.08.2025, the appellant has been

sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years and six months along with fine of ₹10,000/- and in default of payment of fine, simple imprisonment for a period of two months.
