1. The present petition, filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”], seeks the appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes inter se the parties arising from

the Distributorship Agreement dated 21.09.2019 [“Agreement”].

2. Material on record indicates that the arbitration clause is

envisaged under the Agreement, being Clause No. 25.

3. The material on record further indicates that the Petitioner

herein invoked arbitration vide Notice dated 28.02.2023.

4. A perusal of the Order dated 19.12.2025 would indicate that service upon the Respondents is complete, however, the Respondents stay unrepresented. Further, no reply has been filed on behalf of the
