3. The present petition, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”], has been filed challenging the Award dated 15.09.2025, whereby the Respondent has been awarded a

composite sum of Rs. 4,93,94,375/- in satisfaction of the claims raised by the Respondent herein.

4. Issue Notice.

5. Mr. Harkirat Sawhney, learned counsel for the Respondent enters appearance and accepts notice.

6. Reply, if any, be filed within a period of four weeks from today. 7. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

12. Issue notice.

13. Mr. B. Badrinath, learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor enters appearance and accepts notice.

14. Learned counsel for the Judgement Debtor seeks and is granted a period of four weeks to file the objections/reply.

15. The Judgement Debtor is also directed to file an Affidavit of assets as per Form 16A Appendix E under Order XXI Rule 41(2) of the CPC before the next date of hearing.

16. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

17. List on 18.03.2026.

18. A photocopy of the Order passed today be kept in the connected matter.
