8. This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for placing on record the documents as mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this application on a DVD and/or a pen drive.

13. This application is filed on behalf of the Plaintiff for filing the confidential documents as mentioned in paragraph 12 of this application in a sealed cover in accordance with terms specified in paragraph 14 of this application as also direction to the Defendants to maintain confidentiality of the said documents and information contained therein. Direction is also sought that all hearings with respect to the confidential documents mentioned in paragraph 12 of this application be held in camera and only in the presence of representatives of the parties to the present proceedings.

22. Having regard to the facts of the present case wherein urgent relief is prayed for and in light of the judgment of Supreme Court in Yamini Manohar v. T.K.D. Keerthi, (2024) 5 SCC 815, as also Division Bench of this Court in Chandra Kishore Chaurasia v. RA Perfumery Works Private Ltd., 2022 SCC OnLine Del 3529, exemption is granted to the Plaintiff from Pre-Institution Mediation.
