1. The petitioner has filed the instant application seeking permission to travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands, during the period 27.01.2026 to

04.02.2026.

2. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner has taken the Court through various averments made in the application. He contends that the petitioner is an advocate registered with the Bar Council of Delhi since

2001 and has been practicing law for last 21 years.

3. He has undertaken various abroad journeys in past and has never

overstayed or committed any violation of the directions. In paragraph no. 14 of the instant application, he has given the full description of his earlier abroad journey, and the same is extracted as under:
