1. The present applications seek recall of the order dated 16.07.2025 whereby the present writ petitions were dismissed as withdrawn.
2. It is averred in the applications that the withdrawal of the writ petitions was on the ground that, consequent to appointment of Member (Legal) at Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), the proceedings before the PNGRB have resumed.
3. The present applications aver that recently, on 15.12.2025, the Member (Legal) of PNGRB was appointed as the Information Commissioner in the Central Information Commission and demitted office from PNGRB w.e.f. 15.12.2025. As a result thereof, the proceedings before the PNGRB cannot continue for want of adequate quorum.
4. Accordingly, the petitioner seeks to revive the present petitions.
5. This Court is not inclined to entertain the present applications in these disposed of petitions. In case the petitioner seeks to agitate its grievances in this Court by way of writ petitions on account of absence of quorum in PNGRB, it is incumbent on the petitioner to file fresh/ substantive petitions.. 6. The applications are accordingly, dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate / fresh petitions.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not commented on the merits of the underlying grievance of the petitioner.
8. The applications stand disposed of, in the above terms.
