1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the disputes raised in these matters emanate from the same Contract between the parties. They submit that that the aforenoted Applications under Order I Rule 10 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, are stated to be pending before the learned Joint Registrar of this Court and in which arguments have been concluded and judgment has been reserved.

2. They further submit that the learned Joint Registrar would require some time to pronounce the judgment in the said applications and request that the captioned matters may be adjourned by a period of 4 weeks.

3. In view thereof, list before the learned Joint Registrar on

21.01.2026.
