1. The present petition has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 [“Act”], seeking the appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to resolve the disputes inter se the parties, in terms of the arbitration clause contained in Partnership Deed dated 11.07.2016 [“Partnership Agreement”], executed between the parties herein. Clause 21 being the arbitration clause

under the Partnership Agreement is reproduced hereunder: “21. That all the dispute amongst the partners on account of their respective shall be referred to and decided by the Arbitration according to Indian Arbitration Act with the consent of all the

partners”

2. Material on record indicates that the Petitioner invoked arbitration vide notice dated 24.09.2025 being the notice under Section

21 of the Act.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondent enters appearance and

accepts notice.
