1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos.1 to 5, to take action against the unauthorized construction in House No. E 58, Village Hiranki, Main Chowk, Delhi-110036, being carried out by the respondent no. 6.
2. Status report has been handed over on behalf of the respondent/MCD in Court and the same is taken on record.
3. As per the status report, the subject property has been booked on 17th October, 2025 and demolition order has been passed on 11th November, 2025.
4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the private party/ respondent no.6 has handed over an order dated 6th December, 2025 passed in W.P.(C) 18574/2025, which was filed by the respondent no.6 herein.
