1. At the outset, Mr. Giriraj Subramanium, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that earlier, approximately 10 times, the petitioner was granted permissions to travel abroad and the instant application is filed to further allow him to travel to Kathmandu, Nepal and Dubai, UAE from 16.01.2026 to 27.01.2026.
