appellant under Sections 528 and 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking release of the appellant on interim bail for a period of two weeks to attend the last rites and prayer

meet of his demised father.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on

behalf of the respondent/State.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State has verified the fact that the father of the appellant/accused passed away on 31.12.2025.
