3. The present application filed under Sections 430(1) and

528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Sections 389 (1) and 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) on

behalf of the appellant seeking extension of interim suspension of sentence for a further period of two weeks.

4. The application is opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor.

5. Heard both sides.

6. As per order dated 19.12.2025, this Court had initially granted interim suspension of sentence for a period of one week, vide which was thereafter extended for a period of 10 days order dated 29.12.2025. The interim suspension of sentence granted expires today.
