O R D E R
1. The instant writ petition is for the following relief:
“a. Issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature thereof to quash the Office Order dated 18.08.2020 issued by the Respondent No. 2 forming an illegal and conflict-ridden ICC in complete violation of POST Act; and
b. Issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature thereof to direct the Respondent No.1 and Respondent No. 2 to ensure that the complaint of sexual harassment filed by the Petitioner is investigated impartially by constituting a fresh, unbiased ICC preferably consisting of presiding officer and members above joint secretary level from another ministry.”
2. During the pendency of the petition vide office order dated 29.09.2021, the respondents have reconstituted Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) under the Sexual Harassment of Women at work place (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2
