1. A batch of as many as 18 Writ Petitions has been listed.
2. Learned counsel representing the Petitioner (Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi/ Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board) contends that the selection to the respective posts have already been finalized and in view thereof the directions issued by the Central Administrative Tribunal [hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’] cannot be implemented. He prays for some time to prepare a chart providing details regarding:
(i) the date of recruitment advertisement,
(ii) the date of preparation of list of short-listed candidates,
(iii) the period for uploading e-dossiers, and
(iv) the date of finalization of selection.
