1. This is an application under Section 151 of CPC seeking exemption from filing typed copy of the illegible copies of the documents. For the reasons stated, the same is allowed subject to all just exceptions.

2. The applicant-plaintiff is directed to file typed copies of the dim annexures within three days from today.
