1. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act,

1963 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) has been filed by the appellant seeking

condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the appeal.

2. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 28

days in filing the appeal is condoned.

4. This application under Section 430 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking suspension of sentence during the pendency of the appeal.

5. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State.

6. The impugned order on sentence dated 18.09.2025 is suspended during the pendency of the appeal on the appellant executing a bond of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subjec
