1. This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) has been filed by the appellant seeking condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the appeal.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 28 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
3. The application is disposed of.

4. This application under Section 430 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the appellant seeking suspension of sentence during the pendency of the appeal.
5. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State.
6. The impugned order on sentence dated 18.09.2025 is suspended during the pendency of the appeal on the appellant executing a bond of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the trial court, on the following conditions:
a. The appellant shall provide the address where he is residing to the IO/SHO concerned and shall not change the address without informing the IO/ SHO concerned;
b. The appellant shall, under no circumstances, leave the country without the permission of the trial court;
c. The appellant shall give his mobile number to the IO/SHO concerned and if he changes his phone number, he shall inform the IO/SHO concerned without delay;
d. The appellant shall appear before this Court as and when directed.
7. The present application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
8. A copy of this order be sent to trial court and the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
