O R D E R

I.A. No.12/2026 (by plaintiff under Section 151 CPC seeking exemption from filing certified/original copies)

1. This is an application on behalf of the plaintiff seeking exemption from filing certified/original copies.

2. The application is allowed, subject to the plaintiff granting inspection of the documents filed, as and when, he is required to do so, or filing the original documents at the stage of admission/denial.

3. The application stands disposed of.

4. The plaint be registered as suit.

5. Issue summons to the defendants.

6. Mr. Deepak Vohra, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of defendant no.1 while Ms. Sakshi Mehley, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of defendant no.2. They waive formal service of summons.

7. It is submitted by learned counsels for the defendant nos. 1 and 2 that copy of the paper book including plaint, applications and documents have been received by them. Let written statement(s) be filed by defendant nos.1 and 2 within a period of 30 days from today.

8. On plaintiff taking steps, notice be issued to defendant nos.3 and 4 by all permissible modes. The summons shall indicate that written statement(s) must be filed within thirty days from the date of receipt of summons.

9. The defendants shall also file an affidavit of admission/denial of documents filed by the plaintiff, failing which the written statement(s) shall not be taken on record.

10. The plaintiff is at liberty to file replication(s) thereto within thirty days after filing of the written statement(s). The replication(s) shall be accompanied by affidavit of admission/denial in respect of the documents filed by the defendants, failing which the replication(s) shall not be taken on record.

11. It is made clear that any unjustified denial of documents may lead to an order of costs against the concerned party.

12. Any party seeking inspection of documents may do so in accordance with the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.

13. List before the learned Joint Registrar for completion of service, pleadings, admission/denial of documents and marking of exhibits on 19.03.2026.

14. The matter be listed before Court after completion of pleadings.
