1. The present petition raises a grievance with respect to notice dated 11.12.2025 issued by the respondent no.1/ Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (‘CTUIL’), whereby the said respondent has threatened to revoke the 200 MW connectivity granted to the petitioner no.1’s Solar Power
Project.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said project is
currently at an advanced stages of trial and commissioning.
3. A communication dated 10.12.2025 came to be issued by the CTUIL
which reads as under:-
4. In terms of the aforesaid communication dated 10.12.2025, it has been recorded that the last element of the transmission system required for the effectiveness of the deemed GNA granted to the petitioner has been put under commercial operation by the concerned TSP with effect from
