1. This application has been filed seeking interim suspension of sentence in FIR No.1/2019 registered under Sections 397/392/34 IPC at PS Daryaganj, for a period of 30 days on account of death of applicant’s father on 27^th December 2025. The burial ground / cremation ground receipt issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has also been placed on record,

along with this application.

2. The application for seeking regular suspension of sentence being CRL.M.(BAIL) 2341/2025 is coming up before the Roster Bench on 21^st

January 2026.
