3. The present application has been filed under Section 151 of the Code

of Civil Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), seeking permission to file long and

lengthylist of dates and synopsis.

4. Considering the submissions made in the present application, the

present application is allowed and the same is disposed of.

5. The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order

dated 29^th May, 2025, passed by the Election Tribunal in Election Petition

titled as “Suman Kumar Versus ICSI & Ors.” whereby, the Tribunal has

dismissed the Election Petition of the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Election

Petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed, mechanically, without

examining the substantial and undisputed irregularities that vitiated the 14^th

Central Council Election-2022 of the Northern India Regional Constituency

(“NIRC”) of Institute of CompanySecretaries of India (“ICSI”).

7. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for

respondent nos. 1 to 4.

8. Issue notice to learned counsels appearing for 5 to 40, by all modes,

including, E-mails.

9. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4 raises

the issue pertaining to the lack of jurisdiction of this Court, as regards the

present petition, and also the fact that present writ petition has been filed

after seven months of passing of the impugned order.

10. Accordingly, let reply be filed by the respondents, within a period of
