3. The present writ petition has been filed with prayer that the

installation of the lift in the Dhruva Apartments ought to be in terms of the

permission, as granted bythe Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”).

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the

construction for installation of the lift is being done in violation of the

permission and the plan passed bythe MCD.

5. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for the

respondent nos. 1 to 12.

6. Considering the nature of the prayer, respondent no. 13 is deleted

from the Arrayof Parties.

7. Let amended Memo of Parties be filed, within a period of one week.

8. Learned counsel appearing for the MCD draws the attention of this

Court to the letter dated 01st December, 2025, issued by the MCD, wherein,

the respondent-Society, i.e., Dhruva Co-operative Group Housing Society,

has been permitted to carry out the work of installation of the lift and

connecting bridge, in accordance with the No Objection Certificate

(“NOC”), issued by the MCD on 06th February, 2025, as per the sanctioned

plan for installation of lifts.

9. Learned counsel appearing for the MCD submits that the area was

inspected by the concerned officials, yesterday, i.e., 23rd December, 2025,

and that no deviation was found in the construction work for installation of

the lift.

10. Accordingly, let a Status Report be filed by the MCD, within a period

of four weeks.

11. Let reply be filed by the other respondents, within a period of four

weeks.
