1. This is an application under Section 151 Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (‘CPC’), seeking exemption from filing certified/typed copies of dim and illegible documents and/or handwritten documents or documents having insufficient margins, translated copies of vernacular documents and legible

copies of documents at this stage.

2. Subject to the plaintiff re-filing the aforesaid documents as per the Rules within a period of 30 days from today, exemption is granted for the present, failing which, the plaintiff will not be entitled to rely upon these

documents.
