1. This is an application under section of the Code of Civil Procedure,

1908 [‘CPC’] seeking exemption from filing clearer copies of documents.

2. Subject to the Plaintiffs filing clearer copies of the documents within

a period of four [4] weeks from today, exemption is granted for the present,

failing which, the Plaintiff will not be entitled to rely upon these documents.

3. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

8. This is an application under section 149 CPC read with Section 151

CPC, seeking extension of time to file Court Fees.

9. Mr. Pravin Anand, learned counsel for the Plaintiffs state that the

relief prayed for has become infructuous, as the Court Fees has been

deposited.

10. Accordingly, the application is disposed of, as being infructuous.

11. This application under Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act,

2015 read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the Plaintiffs seeking

exemption from instituting pre-litigation mediation.

12. Having regard to the facts that the present suit contemplates urgent

interim relief and in light of the judgement of the Supreme Court in Yamini

Manohar v. T.K.D. Keerthi¹, exemption from the requirement of pre-

institution mediation is granted to the plaintiff.

13. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
