1. This is an Application filed by Judgement Debtor No. 7 under Section

151 of the Codeof Civil Procedure,1908 for modification / recall oftheorder

dated 10.12.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for Judgement Debtor No. 7 submitted that the

following error has crept into the said order and sought modification in

accordance with the table attached below:

the order dated 10.12.2025 is modified and be now read as under:

“2. The learned Counsel for Judgment Debtor No. 7 submits that

Judgment DebtorNo.7 hasfiled anAffidavit ofReply on 17.08.2024,

wherein it is stated that the oral undertaking given by the learned

Counsel for Judgment Debtor No. 7 has been complied with in all

respects and no disobedience of the order dated 11.10.2018 has been

committed by Judgment Debtor No. 7 since the date of said order. It

isfurthersubmittedthatJudgment DebtorNo.7hasalready changed

the name of his firm from Sun Surgical and Pharma Agency to

Shivoham Enterprise even before passing of the order dated

11.10.2018 and has got the name updated with all concerned

Government Departments.

12. As Judgment Debtor Nos. 2 to 6 and 8, who are the

individuals have not appeared despite service, Bailable

Warrants in the sum of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only)
