1. This writ petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioners under

Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

“a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus of any other suitable writ directing the Respondents to allow the Petitioners to appear in all the subjects in the supplementary exams of BDS 2nd year to be conducted in

October/November 2024;

b. Direct that the Respondents would declare the results of these subjects and in case the Petitioners succeed in clearing the 2nd year exams, allow the Petitioners to attend classes for the 3rct year of the BDS course at the Respondent
