1. This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, “BNSS” (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, “CrPC”) seeks quashing of FIR No. 0009/2021 dated 06^th January, 2021, “impugned FIR” registered under Sections 354/323/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, “IPC” at P.S. Nangloi and all consequential proceedings emanating

therefrom.

2. The prosecution case is that on 4^th January, 2021 at about 7:00 PM, a
