1. The present suit has been filed by the Plaintiffs seeking permanent injunction restraining infringement of Plaintiff No. 1’sIndian Patent No. 325062 [hereinafter referred to as IN’062] and Indian Patent No. 344978 [hereinafter referred to as IN’978], rendition of accounts, damages and delivery up. The patents being IN’062 and IN’978 are hereinafter collectively

referred to as ‘Suit Patents’.

Factual Matrix

2. The relevant facts, as stated in the plaint are summarised as under: -

2.1. Plaintiff No. 1, a company incorporated under the laws of France, is a leader in interior comfort and building insulation committed to developing

solutions that meet the challenges of sustainable habitat.

2.2. Plaintiff No. 2, a company incorporated under the Companies Act,

2013 is a market leader in the construction space for more than three [3] decades which offers lightwei
