Gratuity Act, 1972.

(b) Issue a Writ in the nature of prohibition and /or any other appropriate writ, Order or direction calling upon the Respondent to cease and desist from giving effect to and /or acting upon the

aforesaid judgment / order dated 16.12.2024;

(d) Allow the Writ Petition and pass any such Order and further Orders which this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the

facts and circumstances of the case.”
