1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking the following reliefs:
“(a) Quash and set aside the Impugned Orders dated 07.01.2025, 07.02.2025 & 19.05.2025 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Court, (NDPS), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi as well as the consequent Red Corner Notice dt. 09.10.2025 issued against the Petitioner herein and all consequential proceedings arising from FIR No. 455/2024
dt. 02.10.2024 P.S. Special Cell, under Sections 8/ 20/ 21/ 25/ 29 of the
Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985;
