3. These writ petitions have been filed by the Petitioners under Article
226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

“(a) Issue Writ of Certiorari quashing of the withdrawal order dated
04.06.2025 issued by the Respondent No.02; withdrawing recognition of
W.P.(C) 19295/2025 & connected matters Page 2 of 4

(b) Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to issue
Restoration of Recognition Order to the Petitioner Institution, thereby
restoring its recognition with all consequential benefits of being a
recognised institution; in respect of the aforesaid B.Ed. course of the
Petitioner Institution; and
(c) Issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to
consequently update its website by displaying the recognised status of the
Petitioner Institution; and/or
(d) pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit
& proper in the facts & circumstances of the matter and in the interest of
justice.”

“a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari and quash the decision taken by Respondent
No. 2 [NRC-NCTE] through the Minutes of 441st Meeting of the NRC held
on 21st – 22nd May, 2025, wherein the Petitioner college is shown at S.
No. 714 of colleges where stipulated time period of 15 days is over and the
institution has not submitted any reply, Vide which the Recognition of
Petitioner’s Institution for the D.El.Ed. course was withdrawn with effect
from the Academic Year 2025–2026; AND;
b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent no. 2 to restore
the recognition of the petitioner institution for conducting the D.El.Ed.
course commencing from the academic year 2025–2026 and all
subsequent academic sessions; AND;
c) Issue a Writ of Mandamus and direct the Respondent to enable the
petitioner institution to participate in the counselling process a
