1. This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226

of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-

“(i) Allow the present writ petition and quash and set aside the impugned letter dated 08.09.2025 issued by the Respondents whereby the Petitioner’s application for increase of 50 MBBS seats for the Academic

Session 2025-26 has been unlawfully rejected.

(ii) Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 10.10.2025 passed by the Respondent No. 2 as being arbitrary, mechanical, non-speaking and

violative of the principles of natural justice.

(iii) Direct the Respondents to grant approval to the Petitioner Institute for increase of 50 MBBS seats for the Academic Session
