3. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful and

4. It is submitted that vide order dated 14th November, 2025, this Court
had directed the respondent no. 1, with assistance of respondent no. 2, i.e.,
Station House Officer (“SHO”), Police Station Kalindi Kunj herein, to
ensure that no further unauthorized construction takes place in the property
in question.
5. It is submitted that despite the order of this Court, the unauthorized
construction in the property in question is still going on.
6. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsels appearing for the
respondents.
7. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 1-Municipal
Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) has handed over an Action Taken Report, as
per which, a Demolition Order dated 10th December, 2025 already stands
passed by the MCD. Further, letters dated 11th November, 2025 and 24th
November, 2025 were also sent to the SHO, Police Station Kalindi Kunj, to
stop the unauthorized construction activity in the property in question.
8. Accordingly, the MCD is directed to take time bound action against
the unauthorized construction in the property in question.
9. Let a Status Report be filed by the MCD.
10. Further, SHO, Police Station Kalindi Kunj, is directed to ensure that
no further unauthorized construction takes place in the property in question,
and a Status Report with regard thereto, shall be filed within a period of four
weeks, from today.
11. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 3 to 5,
submits that the petitioner was only a tenant in the area in question, having
lived their only for 15 days. He further submits that the petitioner is no

12. Considering the submissions made before this Court, the Police is
directed to investigate about the antecedents of the petitioner, and file a
report before this Court.
