This is a petition filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, [“the Act”] seeks appointment of an arbitrator in terms of the arbitration clause, being clause 18 under a Contract No. 2022/RS(I)/954/151/1884, dated 10.02.2022, for manufacture and supply of wagons.
