3. This petition lays a challenge to the order dated 26.09.2023 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in Original Application No. 1156/2019 (‘OA’), whereby the Tribunal, has allowed the OA by stating in paragraphs 7 & 8, which we reproduced as under:-
