The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the order dated 20^th November, 2025,passed bylearnedtrial courtin CS(COMM)No.634/2022,wherebyan application under Order XVI Rule 1 read with Rule 6 and 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for summoning of witnesses from GST Department along with certain documents has been dismissed.
