The petitioners have preferred the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 364/2024 dated 03.10.2024 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar, under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/351(2)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [“BNS”], alongwith all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, on the basis of settlement.
