This application under Section 430 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the accused in Sessions Case No. 1981/2016 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge (SC POCSO), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi seeking suspension of sentence.
