This application under Section 430 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the accused in Sessions Case No. 1981/2016 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge (SC POCSO), East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi seeking suspension of sentence. The appellant has been found guilty of the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 323 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Vide PoCSO Act. order dated 21.05.2025, the appellant has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of eleven years and fine of ₹20,000/- and in default of payment of fine to simple imprisonment for a period of six months for the offence under Section 6 of the PoCSO Act, to rigorous imprisonment for a period of
