1. The counsel for the petitioner states that an affidavit was already submitted on 13th January, 2026 which is informed by the Registry to be under objection. He assures that all the objections, if are notified within three days from today, the same shall be removed before the next date.

2. In view of above, we direct the Registry to notify all the objections qua the affidavit tendered by the petitioner on 13th January, 2026 within a period of three days from today.

3. We further grant time of three days to remove the office objection.

4. As regards the contention of the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondent as regards their entitlement for the copy of the data which is in the custody of the Court Commissioner, we would like to have a hearing on the said issue as the petitioner is objecting to it.

5. List on 4th February, 2026.
