1. The common issue raised in these petitions is whether the Labour Court, New Delhi would have the jurisdiction to entertain the respective references.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner-management states that the workmen had approached the Labour Court challenging their termination as well seeking deficient wages in terms of the recommendations made by the Majithia Wage Board.
