3. The above-captioned petition has been filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Order XXI Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 seeking enforcement of the Arbitral Award dated 04.10.2023 read with Order dated 22.02.2024.

4. With regard to present application being EX.APPL. (OS) 153/2025 filed on behalf of the Decree Holder under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 seeking deposit of awarded amount by the Judgment Debtor with the Registry of this Court, Mr. Anupam Lal Das, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Judgment Debtor, through virtual mode, submits that they will be depositing the amount of Rs. 1,86,52,48,257/- as set out in Prayer Clause (b) of the present petition, within a period of four (4) weeks from today before the learned Registrar General of this Court who shall in turn keep the same in Fixed Deposit Accounts in auto-renewal mode.
